Episode summary
The housewives pack their bags and head up to a frozen Lake George to thaw out their issues. Teresa prepares to confront Jacqueline, Melissa chips away at Teresa's lies, while Kathy plays referee on the sidelines. Years of hostility fracture the group when relationship building exercises turn in to a throwdown between the Joes - threatening to crumble this fragile group forever.

lol @ "talk about toejam" and "waiting 10 years to get your ass kicked." :D RHoNJ was was about Danielle until Caroline & co. forced Bravo to fire her. Then Teresa became the star because she has a real storyline & more personality than the other NJ ladies combined. Bravo should just give Teresa and the two Joes a show and fire everyone else. You might be on to something about Joe Gorga's not being able to read (or read well). Most of the time he tells others to read something for/to him.Melissa is always taking jabs at Teresa and her husband, Joe, and their marriage. She acts all innocent and sweet like she never talks badly about anyone, and their marriage when all she does is talk badly about them two to everyone which is not so innocent and sweet to me. I hate it when she always playing the victim when she knows dam well she the instigator to all this family drama.
